Dianna Winegarden, Co-founder and CEO
Dianna Winegarden is a highly successful operations leader known for scaling businesses and delivering excellence for clients. Her global career path spans fast-growing start-ups and large technology companies, including 10 years at Microsoft, where she led teams responsible for service strategy, design and implementation. She recently returned to Seattle from London, where she spent three years at Investis, managing client service teams throughout the US, Europe and India.
She holds a BA in International Relations from Drake University, and an MBA from the University of Washington.
Danna Redmond, Co-founder and COO
Danna is a very experienced entrepreneur and technology executive. She has founded three companies in addition to spending 18 years at Microsoft, where she honed her technical expertise by leading large global teams and engineering groups. A hallmark of Danna’s career is driving organizational and operational excellence on behalf of clients. Just prior to co-founding HeyThrivy, Danna founded and hosted TheCareerCue, a podcast focused on helping people navigate their careers.
She holds a BA In Human Resource Management from Utah State University and an MBA from Seattle University.
